Kendriya Vidyalaya BSF Amarkot was established in 2010 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan New Delhi, which is an autonomous body managed by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Education, Govt. of India. It is a model school having classes from I to X. The Vidyalaya has about 340 students with a qualified staff.
